Refund & Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are open for 5 days from delivery. Here is what qualifies, how to raise a request, and when the money reaches you.

01The 5-day window
You may request a return or an exchange within 5 days of the delivery date. The window is counted from the date the courier marks your order as delivered. Requests raised after 5 days cannot be accepted.
02Condition of returned pieces
To be eligible, the piece must be:
- unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- free of stains, odour, perfume, deodorant marks and pet hair
- returned with all original tags still attached
- returned in its original packaging
Every returned piece is inspected on arrival. If it fails inspection we will contact you and ship it back to you at no cost, but we cannot issue a refund for it.
03How to raise a request
Open Track an order (or your account, if you have one), enter your order number and email, and choose Request a return. Pick a reason, add a note if it helps, and submit. You can also email sadastudio.in@gmail.com with your order number.
Once approved, we arrange a reverse pickup from the delivery address wherever our courier partners service the PIN code. Where reverse pickup is unavailable we will ask you to self-ship and will reimburse reasonable standard courier charges against a receipt.
04Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 5-day window and the same condition requirements, and are subject to the replacement size or colour being in stock. If it is not, we process the request as a refund instead.
05Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method — the card, UPI ID, wallet or bank account used at checkout. We do not issue cash refunds, and we cannot redirect a refund to a different account.
Refunds are initiated within 2 working days of the returned piece passing inspection, and typically appear in your account within 5–7 working days of initiation depending on your bank or payment provider.
Because shipping was free, the full amount you paid is refunded. There is no restocking fee.
06Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched — email us with your order number and we will cancel and refund it in full. Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled; please use the return process after delivery.
An order that was created but never paid holds no charge. It is released automatically and the stock returns to the shelf.
07Wrong or defective items
If you received the wrong size, colour or product, or the piece has a manufacturing defect, email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We cover the full cost of collection and send a replacement, or refund you in full — the choice is yours. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
